Taking into account the expectations and needs of our customers, suppliers, business partners, employees, and official authorities, our quality and food safety policy—within the scope of domestic and international sales of fruit-flavored juice pearls, covering the entire process from raw material and supply procurement to delivery of the final product to the customer—is as follows:

To produce our products in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex, EU regulations, and, where required, the local legal regulations of the countries in which our products are used, as well as our customers’ food safety requirements, with high efficiency and at the most economical cost during the design, development, and production stages.

We commit to:

• Producing safe and healthy products by considering applicable laws, regulations, product, production, and storage standards, and complying with the requirements of quality and food safety management systems,
• Controlling and eliminating all factors that may threaten food safety, reducing risks to levels that do not endanger human health,
• Maintaining the food safety and quality standards of our products,
• Meeting customer needs and expectations in the fastest and most effective way, ensuring satisfaction, and producing high-quality products through the collective effort and dedication of all our employees,
• Making necessary investments to enhance food safety,
• Managing biological, chemical, physical, sabotage, radiological, adulteration, and contamination risks effectively by strictly adhering to hygiene and sanitation rules throughout all processes—from raw material intake to production and shipment to the customer,
• Providing training, courses, and technical/technological support to relevant personnel within the framework of continuous improvement.
