OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY;

At BOBAJOY, our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy is based on respect for people and the environment in which they live, and on achieving this objective through a zero-accident approach. Our company has made OHS its top priority across all operations through continuous investments and dedicated efforts.

In this regard, we commit to:

• Complying with all applicable legal requirements and other obligations related to Occupational Health and Safety, 
• Taking all necessary measures in line with current OHS legislation and other relevant requirements to ensure the health and safety of employees, suppliers, and visitors; providing appropriate tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensuring their proper use when required, 
• Measuring the performance of the OHS management system and carrying out continuous improvement activities to enhance its effectiveness, 
• Identifying in advance and eliminating unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and potential accident risks that may lead to occupational accidents or diseases in the workplace and its annexes, through risk assessments conducted by OHS specialists, 
• Ensuring the health, safety, and social well-being of employees at all levels, visitors, and subcontractors; and minimizing any potential material and moral losses that may affect them and their families, 
• Providing training to employees in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and ensuring the development of a strong OHS awareness, 
• Ensuring that subcontractors and visitors operating at our workplace comply with BOBAJOY’s OHS rules and actively participate in these practices, 
• In cases where an OHS specialist is not available in outsourced services, delegating responsibilities to the Human Resources Manager, 
• Ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of the established and implemented OHS Management System.
