This policy sets out our commitment to ensuring that our employees, suppliers, and business partners operate in a fair, safe, equal, and respectful working environment. Our company commits to full compliance with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and all applicable national legislation.
Child labor is strictly prohibited within our company. No individual below the legal working age is employed, and age verification processes are conducted with utmost diligence. In cases where young workers are employed, their rights to education, health, and safety are protected, and working conditions are ensured to comply with legal limitations. Forced labor, bonded labor, human trafficking, or any form of work performed against an individual’s will is strictly forbidden.
Our company adopts the principle of equality in all processes including recruitment, promotion, remuneration, training, and overall employment practices. Discrimination based on race, language, religion, gender, age, marital status, disability, or any personal characteristic is not tolerated. All reports are evaluated impartially, and no retaliation or punitive action is taken against individuals who raise concerns. Our company also expects its suppliers and business partners to comply with the principles of this policy and requires corrective actions to be implemented in case of non-compliance.
This Human Rights Policy has been approved by senior management, is reviewed periodically, and communicated to all employees. The policy enters into force as of the date of publication and constitutes a fundamental part of our ethical and sustainable business approach.
